I recently purchased a 2008 CPO 335i BMW at your Fields BMW South Orlando dealership. My buying experience was nothing short of fabulous. A friend of mine referred me to Mikhail Bouzko. It was a referral I hope to pass on in the near future. He was dedicated to making my car purchase flawless and easy. He was patient as he learned my preferences and needs in what I was looking for in a new car. As a previous BMW owner (I traded in my 2002 325i towards this purchase), I was sincerely appreciative of his exemplary service - he upheld the BMW standard that one hopes to experience when making such a significant purchase.

Mikhail worked tirelessly for over 3 weeks to find my "perfect dream" vehicle. When he found it, he kept his promise and commitment in regards to my trade in and went out of his way to make the entire experience a fantastic one. He even put a big red bow on the car for me (it was my actual birthday when I picked it up) including a birthday card signed by the entire staff and little extras like the travel mugs and a license plate cover. He also spent a great deal of time with me and my husband "training" us on the new GPS system and all the details of the vehicle.

Cathy Courtney was a also a delight to work with - she was very patient with us as we asked questions and she helped us make the right decisions in regards to our extended service plan as well as the tire & wheel plan. I appreciated the calm, no pressure environment she welcomed us in to as we make the final purchase.

My experience with your dealership is one that I will be able to tell others about for a long time. I met Michael Drew in September while vacationing in Orlando, FL. I live in Dallas ,TX and wanted to drive a coupe BMW that I was negotiating a deal on in my home city. He was very helpful and told me that if the dealer in Texas didn't take care of me to call him. I thought yeah right but when he called me few days later ironically I was tired of getting the runaround from them and told him what was going on. He told me he would make it happen for me. I took him at his word and told him that I would buy all my future BMW's from him if he got me the car. The only car I wanted was in Dallas, TX at Autobahn so Michael flew from Orlando to Dallas picked the car up at the dealer that wouldn't give me a good deal, had it cleaned filled with fuel and delivered it to my place of employment at the front door.... ALL IN THE SAME DAY. Needless to say I never thought he would go this far to make sure I was happy with the car that I wanted but he did. I work for a Fortune 500 company and it is rare that you find someone like this who will go this far to make a customer extremely and completely satisfied but what he did was just unbelievable and I will never forget it.....NEVER!! Santos and the entire Fields BMW staff were consummately gracious and courteous, as well as perceptive and responsive during our vehicle search process. Led by the immaculate, bi-lingual, Volvo/BMW specialist, Santos Rodriguez, our interactions with Jennifer Hausmann and Robert in Sales; Bill Schmid and Jimmy in Finance; and Gary and Nancy Hernandez in Service were top notch.
Fields BMW's showroom is clean and inviting with touches of home. Complimentary amenities, including four flavors of Haagen Dasz hard dip ice cream are available, as well as bottled water, coffee, soft drinks and a comfortable lounge area furnished with leather couches and a large LCD television.
Our toddler and first-grader were charmed by the Fields BMW kid's playroom complete with toys and a television.
A business center with free wireless Internet accommodates corporate efficiency while awaiting vehicle service. A stroll through the Fields BMW gift shop reveals exciting BMW accessories and novelties.

2. The smooth sales process facilitated by Santos Rodriguez
Words cannot describe our sense of relief and ease when we first met Santos. Santos asked quality probing questions about our vehicle needs and budget and listened thoughtfully to our responses. Throughout the sales process Santos was informative and made perceptive suggestions and observations.
Santos showed us several beautiful, Certified Pre-Owned BMW's. When we were unable to finance a particular BMW, Santos persuaded us not to get discouraged, and that he would find the right vehicle for us.
Over the course of the next several days Santos and I kept in touch via BlackBerry - either by calling or texting back and forth. 3. Our great new 'used' vehicle!
We made a great deal on a 2007 Volvo S40 - still under factory warranty. Santos met us at the dealership at 6:00 PM - on his day off - to deliver our Volvo. He stayed with us until after the dealership had closed at 8:00 PM to explain all the features and benefits of the vehicle. He even installed our license plate right then and there - no temporary paper tag. What a guy!
We are so thrilled with the quality, safety and reliability of the 2007 Volvo S40 we purchased at Fields BMW South Orlando!
