I wanted to post this item to recommend Fields BMW South Orlando for BMW owners who may need service in Central Florida. My family and I were visiting relatives in the Orlando area over the Memorial Day weekend. The trip to Orlando from Atlanta was great. My 2001 540i performed flawlessly and it was a very comfortable drive. Unfortunately, the AC stopped working after we arrived in Central Florida. Under the hood, it appeared that the AC belt had failed. I normally use an independent BMW shop at home in Atlanta. Since I did not know of any qualified independent BMW shops in Central Florida, I went on line and found the nearest BMW dealer, Fields BMW South Orlando. The store was closed for the weekend, but I was able to set a service appointment on their web site and drop my car that night. The Fields BMW South Orlando people were extremely helpful and they had my car repaired, road-tested, and ready for the return trip to Atlanta within half a day! The car ran great on the return trip and the AC was nice and cool. I want to say a special thanks to Gary Schaab, Service Manager at Fields BMW South Orlando, for personally making sure my car was repaired quickly so that we could continue our vacation. I recently purchased a 2008 CPO 335i BMW at your Fields BMW South Orlando dealership. My buying experience was nothing short of fabulous. A friend of mine referred me to Mikhail Bouzko. It was a referral I hope to pass on in the near future. He was dedicated to making my car purchase flawless and easy. He was patient as he learned my preferences and needs in what I was looking for in a new car. As a previous BMW owner (I traded in my 2002 325i towards this purchase), I was sincerely appreciative of his exemplary service - he upheld the BMW standard that one hopes to experience when making such a significant purchase.

Mikhail worked tirelessly for over 3 weeks to find my "perfect dream" vehicle. When he found it, he kept his promise and commitment in regards to my trade in and went out of his way to make the entire experience a fantastic one. He even put a big red bow on the car for me (it was my actual birthday when I picked it up) including a birthday card signed by the entire staff and little extras like the travel mugs and a license plate cover. He also spent a great deal of time with me and my husband "training" us on the new GPS system and all the details of the vehicle.

Cathy Courtney was a also a delight to work with - she was very patient with us as we asked questions and she helped us make the right decisions in regards to our extended service plan as well as the tire & wheel plan. I appreciated the calm, no pressure environment she welcomed us in to as we make the final purchase.
